Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

Posted on January 16, 2026 by Admin

Here’s a delicious, hands-off comfort meal for a Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna—creamy, cheesy, and perfect for busy nights. 🍝🧀

Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna

Ingredients (Serves 6–8)

  • 1 lb (450 g) frozen cheese or meat ravioli
  • 2 cups marinara or spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Optional: cooked ground beef or sausage (1 cup)
  • Optional garnish: fresh basil or parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crockpot

  • Spray the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Layer the Ingredients

  1. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Place half of the frozen ravioli in a single layer.
  3. Spoon half of the ricotta over the ravioli and sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and Parmesan.
  4. Repeat the layers: remaining ravioli, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, and top with remaining sauce.
  5. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top.

3. Cook

  • Cover and cook on low for 3–4 hours or high for 2–3 hours, until ravioli are cooked through and cheese is melted.
  • Tip: If your crockpot tends to bubble over, place a small piece of foil under the lid to prevent spills.

4. Serve

  • Scoop portions with a large spoon.
  • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
  • Serve with garlic bread or a simple salad.

Tips

  • No need to thaw ravioli—frozen works perfectly.
  • For extra flavor, stir in cooked ground beef or Italian sausage before layering.
  • Make-ahead: Assemble the night before and refrigerate; cook the next day on low.

If you want, I can also give a super simple “dump-and-go 4-ingredient version” using just ravioli, sauce, mozzarella, and Parmesan that’s ready in the crockpot—perfect for busy nights.

Do you want me to do that?
